Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth account operations
• Perform KYC, CDD, and AML checks for new account openings and client onboarding.
• Conduct negative news searches and name screening through the World-Check system.
• Assist in the account maintenance for existing clients including but not limited to periodic review and ongoing AML check.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Head.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 1 year experience in KYC/CDD/AML or Customer Service from financial institutions
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
