Our client is a leading Hong Kong IT company seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join them to design and maintain their regional network infrastructure. In this role, you are responsible for understanding client requirements then deploying solutions to meet the requirements. 工作内容

• Responsible for the design and maintenance of the network infrastructure.
• Monitor and action daily inquiries, requests, and incidents.
• Perform configuration changes in accordance to change management policies.
• Understand, analyze customer requirements for network and infrastructure deploying to achieve solution requirement.
• Customer facing responsibilities and partnering with vendors.
• Meticulous attention to high security requirements.
• Responsible for keeping technical documentation updated.

理想的求职者

• At least 2 years' hands-on working experience in design, and operations of networks including routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, VPN gateways, Windows servers, and software distribution systems.
• CCNP or equivalent certification is a must.
• Strong knowledge of network devices and routing protocols.
• Experience with Windows-based servers, Active Directory, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) is highly preferred.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SIEM and Solarwind.
• Experience with endpoint security management is preferred.
• Good customer facing skills.
• Experience partnering with vendors.
