Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of general office administrative duties including office supplies inventory management, office equipment and facilities maintenance, and seating plan arrangement
- Facilitate office renovation and other office administrative projects
- Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of projects
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers on service agreement and quotation
- Assist in business travel and accommodation arrangement
- Provide support at the reception counter if needed
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with at least 3 years of work experience in office administration
- Independent, self-initiative with good interpersonal skill, and willing to take on new challenges
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua will be an advantage)
- Immediate availability is preferred
