• Assist in HR project management ( C&B & wellness project )
• Implement HR initiatives for frontline and back-office talents
• Providing HR information and analysis for Senior Management
• HR advisory for business stakeholders
• Responsible for all round HR operation, such as Performance Management, Payroll & Incentive arrangement and HR Administration
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure staff satisfaction
• HR event planning and support

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist/ business partner experience
• Experienced in Retail Industry will be an advantage
• Strong analytical mind and detail oriented
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• More experience candidate will be consider as Assistant Manager
