Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle secretarial duties for Supervisors
• Perform administrative and financial duties and provide support
• Handle tender documents and funding proposals
• Organize and participate in meetings and assist in post-meeting follow up
• Keep records, files and reports and update data
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Entry Requirements:

Study Fields：

• At least 5 subjects attained a passing grade (including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics) in HKDSE/HKCEE, or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge and skills in PC (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe)
• Good at Chinese and English typing is an advantage

Personal Attributes:

• With good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• With integrity on handling confidential information
• Mature, well-organized, with strong sense of responsibility, a quick learner
• Possess a detailed and positive mind and can work independently

• Immediately available is highly preferred
