Responsibilities:

• Perform routine sampling, recording, and inspection
• Perform routine food label and on-line checking
• Participate in quality inspections, audits, and other quality-related projects
• Review and keep quality control records.
• Provide food quality and safety related training to operators of the production line.
• Assist in complaint investigation.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant experience in quality control of food industry is preferable. (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Knowledge in HACCP/ISO22000 and GMP is preferred.
• Hardworking, self-initiative, organized and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
