Job Description

Responsibilities:
- A corporate role to lead the HR and Administration functions of Hong Kong, China (Shenzhen and Shanghai), overseeing 10+ team members
- Lead a small Logistics team for sample log-in, delivery, sample and document storage
- Provide strategic advice on Manpower Planning, Staff Motivation & Retention, C&B, and Training
- Enhance work efficiency and corporate culture
- Being a business partner to work closely with Management Team and Division Managers
- Review and implement the HRIS to ensure efficient handling of HR functions
- Lead the Administration Team to manage all office renovation projects, daily office maintenance and procurement procedure
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other disciplines
- 10 years or above in HR and Administration experience, in which at least 3 years in managerial capacity in sizable organization
- Familiar with HK and PRC labour law and legal requirements
- Passionate, proactive, creative, hands-on and result-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Occasion travel to Shenzhen office is required
