3) Senior / Project Coordinator x 1 Posts ( 3-8 yrs exp. ) 

4)  Assistant / Project Manager  x 2 Posts ( Interior Fitting out / A&A ) 

5) Senior / Project Manager - fitout / A&A / New Builder 

6) APM or Senior Site Supervisor, for luxury RETAIL brand projects, but need to speak fluent English and 夾圖夾PROJECTS

7) Junior / Project Coordinator - project admin, logistic of building materials, project coordinator, reporting, project management (fitout / Mic projects)

8) Interior Designer / Project Designer / Draftsman - Depends on exp. 

9) Site Supervisor- Retail project specialist (fitout, on site)

10) Project Coordinator, Retail Projects, Station in Macau


 

Diploma or above in interior design or related disciplines

1-15 years solid experience in 大樓, House, Shopping Mall, Retail, Office, Hotel, Show flat, F&B or Residential site supervision or interior design and construction project supervision is required

Supervise interior fit-out projects from beginning to completion by meeting deadlines and standard qualities, costing and monitoring budget, quotation, tender process and Site supervision

Managing , scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants

Liaising with customers, contractors and landlords

Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing

Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage

• Competent in Autocad, 3D Viz , Microsoft office ,CAD Shop drawing
