Responsibilities:

• Head the Policy Owner Management teams to ensure top-tier service delivery and meet service level benchmarks.
• Guarantee operational procedures comply with company policies and regulatory directives.
• Establish and monitor performance indicators aligned with organizational strategies.
• Regularly evaluate team performance through coaching and training interventions.
• Identify opportunities for operational enhancement and automation to boost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Hold a university degree or equivalent.
• Possess 8 to 15 years of experience in the Life Insurance sector or a related domain.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Policy Management for Life and Individual Health Insurance.
• Exhibit adeptness in team leadership and driving process improvement initiatives.
