Job Description:

• Work closely with Relationship Managers to provide assistance in client management and services
• Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients, including managing daily administrative tasks, client servicing and ensure proper compliance guidelines
• Assist in client account opening, trade execution and account periodic review
• Ensure effective and timely management of all aspects of customer service delivery, including securities trading and other transactions
• ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience in relationship management assistant or similar
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication skills and problem solving skills
• Previous wealth management experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field  
• Master is a plus
