We are seeking a Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate who will report to the Store Manager as part of our client's dynamic team in Hong Kong for Luxury Fashion Brands


Responsibility:

• 運用有效的銷售技術達成銷售目標
• 提供優質的客戶服務, 產品資料和個人化的建議
• 通過有效的售後服務培養客戶關係
• 有效收集和更新客戶信息
• 確保庫存資訊更新,正確執行店鋪調撥要求
• 時刻體現公司的服務理念和標準
   
• Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy and use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the stores.
• Share information and best practices to build solid and harmonious team relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate customer relationships via effective after-sales service.
• Efficiently collect and update customer information for CRM and Client Book use. 
• Ensure stock information is updated and carry out store transfer requests correctly. 
• Embody our company service values and standards at all times.
   

Job Requirement:

• 能夠與來自世界各地的客戶建立持久的關係。
• 至少1年零售行業經驗 
• 優秀的溝通能力
• 時尚愛好者/對時尚零售行業充滿熱情
• 能夠在快節奏、充滿挑戰和動態的環境中擔任多重任務的團隊合作者
   
• Able to build fruitful, long-term relationships with customers from all over the world.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail industry, preferably from within luxury fashion, other sectors also welcome (Beauty / Shoes)
• An excellent communicator.
• Fashion Lover / great passion in Fashion Retail Industry 
• A multi-tasking team player who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
