The Group Human Resources Department is looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Rewards & Benefits) who will manage and support various Group rewards and benefits programmes and processes.
As Manager/Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Rewards & Benefits), we rely on you to:
- Manage global compensation review processes
- Manage annual labour cost budget exercise
- Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive programmes
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and conduct pay benchmarking
- Maintain and review salary structures across the Group
- Lead and strengthen knowledge management of total rewards practices
- Support executive compensation review
- Support day-to-day compensation and benefits activities including compensation proposal preparation and review, benefits proposal review, etc.
- Support HRIS implementation and the corresponding change management
- Support the preparation and review of groupwide compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and processes
- Support cross-border mobility cases
- Work closely with other HR/Rewards & Benefits team members within and across regions
- Assist in other HR and total rewards projects
We are looking for someone who is/ has:
- Strong numerical sense and analytical skills with attention to details
- Solid knowledge in compensation and benefits as well as overall HR management
- Ability to work and solve problems independently and under high pressure
- Good stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Digital and automation skills will be a plus
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Mathematics or Statistics preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with consulting background and/ or multi-national corporates experience
