Job Description:

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders in an efficient and timely manner. This includes receiving, reviewing, and entering orders into the system, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule. The Specialist will also handle any order inquiries, changes, or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and input customer orders into the order management system
• Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve any issues
• Coordinate with the logistics, inventory, and billing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed
• Process order modifications, cancellations, and returns in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all orders
• Identify process improvements and make recommendations to increase order management efficiency
• Provide support and training to other team members as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, 2-3 years of experience in an order management or customer service role, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using order management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with order management best practices and industry trends
