Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide round-the-clock helpdesk services for air operators, travel agents, and relevant government bureaus and departments regarding various aviation-related systems.
- Answer queries and handle problems, including on-site troubleshooting and fixing application problems.
- Contact, coordinate, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues.
- Coordinate problem reporting and keep track of progress, providing regular updates to all concerned parties.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional support.
- Monitor infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proficiency in handling issues from airlines and ground handling agents.
- Familiarity with the operations of airports, airlines, and ground handling.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in shifts
