Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Certificate or above in Facilities Management and/ or Property Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities/ property management
• Good PC Skills, such as MS office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good communication skills and fluency in Mandarin/ English is preferred
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Holder of a valid security personnel permit & QAS

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and parking redemption
• Greet guests and visitors and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain the professional appearance of the office and reception area
• Perform clerical duties as assigned
• Support internal staff activities and mailing service
• Follow up enquiries, complaints and requests from the users
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
