Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigation on customer comments and complaints in accordance with the established complaint handling procedures.
- Conduct verbal communications and prepare written reply to customer complaints.
- Maintain a clear and comprehensive comment database.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly complaint reports.
- Assist Customer Services Manager to identify potential issues/problems in operations proactively and suggest enhancement actions.
- Perform related customer service duties as required.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in customer services, with exposure in travel industry is an added advantage.
- Analytical mind and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Able to work under pressure and independently without supervision.
- A good team player with integrity, initiative, enthusiasm and customer focus.
- Practical knowledge in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing (速成/倉頡).
