4)Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical support.
5)Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
6)Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
7) Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
8) Continuously seek to improve service quality and customer experience.
Job Requirements:
1)High school diploma or higher education.
2) At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5)Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
6)Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
7)Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
