Our client “Singamas Container Holdings Ltd" is seeking a HR Manager to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Assist to formulate, review, prepare the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices for PRC.
• work closely with HQ leadership team and local leads to ensure effective communication and co create solutions for business problems.
• Act as leader of People topics of China and a bridge between HQ and local team e.g., recruitment, employee engagement and training, culture development etc.

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree in relevant field
• 10 years of relevant experience, with experience in incentive and motivation scheme formulation 
• International exposure is highly preferred.
• Background in sourcing and manufacturing industries will be highly sought after.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese; HK permanent resident
