Job Description
Our client "Hang Seng Bank Ltd" is seeking a Senior Sales Banking Officer to join their team in Hong Kong!
What you’ll be doing?
- Provide personalized banking services provide convenient and personalized banking service to all of our customers
- Building effective relationships with clients to retain and developing sustainable relationships
- Promote investment, insurance and banking products for optimizing new business opportunities
- Improving customer experience by collating customer feedback, identifying areas to improve such as operational, administrative, processes and competitiveness of products and services
- Manage operational risk and observe the relevant policies /guidelines and compliance requirements
- Stablishing and agreeing client contact strategies in line with Group operating models
Who are they looking for?
- Diploma or Degree Holder; or a pass in HKCEE/HKDSE including Math’s plus Chinese or English with relevant working experience will also be considered
- Minimum 2 years of FX operation / trade / sales experience
- Passes in IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) and HKSI (Paper 1,7,8) a must
- Minimum of three years' experience in selling investment, insurance, and banking products
- Good knowledge of wealth management products, both investment and insurance
- Customer oriented and able to capture customer financial needs
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
- You will have an advantage if you are/ have
- Experience with relationship manager
- Proficiency in Putonghua
