Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the Senior Management on project management including cash-flow, progress monitoring, contractual issues, etc.;
• Oversee the overall progress planning, work progress, quality & safety and cost control of large-scaled civil projects;
• Experiences of design development, tendering, procurement, construction closeouts and other development activities for the Company;
• Manage performance of external stakeholders including the consultancies, sub-contractors and external vendors, etc.;
• Lead a team on preparing works method statements and tender submission;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;
• Chartered membership of HKIE / MICE / IStructE will be advantageous;
• Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) will be a definite advantage; 
• 10 years post-qualification experience in project management preferably gained from main contractors with a minimum of 3 years in management position; 
• Hands on experience in handling new building projects and well versed in regulations of Building Department;
• Conversant in MiC & BIM application will be an advantage;
• Hands on experience in construction technique, safety and environmental management;
• Well versed in management, business acumen and interpersonal skills.
