​Location: Hong Kong

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in Facilities Management, Housing Management, Hotel Management Sports and Recreation Management or related disciplines;
  • To provide assistance on monitor the operation / performance of security, cleansing, landscape and pest-control contractors;
  • To assist and liaise with representatives of the university for operation of any activities and events;
  • To attend any meetings for operation
  • To provide assistance and supervise the performance of facilities officers and recreation officers;
  • Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and customer- oriented;
  • Proficiency in computer skills and good experience in implementation of various computerized systems including Facilities Management System, Building Management System, Security Control System, Access Control System, Carpark Access System and any other systems related to facilities management;
  • Able to work independently and equip with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities of bank facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and implement proactive measures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repairs, ensuring optimal facility performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee contractor work, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility-related activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment inventory.
  • Monitor and manage facility-related budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality.
  • Assist in developing and implementing safety and emergency procedures, conducting drills, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with relevant governmental authorities and agencies for compliance with building codes, permits, and inspections.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to facility management, implementing improvements where appropriate.
