Our client “Bollore Logistics Hong Kong Limited'' is seeking a Human Resources Executive (One Year Contract) to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Perform daily all-rounded HR Operations, including monthly payroll, MPF, leave management, reporting, HRIS management etc.
• Maintain and ensure all records in the HR system are up-to-date and accurate
• Prepare and consolidate HR related analytic reports including staff movement, manpower cost and budgeting, etc.
• Support onboarding & offboarding logistics, employment related documentations
• Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle. 
• Perform ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required

 Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
• At least 3 years’ experience in all-rounded HR support.
• Well-versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and related regulations
• Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Good team player with good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Attentive to details and prioritize multiple tasks
