Job Description

Job Description: 

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market expansion and business growth.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying potential clients and market opportunities.
  3. Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and support to enhance overall team performance.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  6. Provide data-driven market insights to support business decisions and strategy formulation.
  7. Participate in senior-level strategic decision-making, offering recommendations for the company's future direction.
  8. Develop and oversee business plans to ensure the achievement of company goals and targets.
  9. Represent the company in business negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable agreements.
  10. Resolve client issues and disputes, maintaining the company's reputation and interests.
  11. Oversee the budget and financial management of the business development department, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
  12. Analyze financial data and provide reports and recommendations to support financial decision-making.

 

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 10 years experience with a proven track record in business development and management.
  2. Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and leading a team to achieve goals.
  3. Excellent market analysis and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  4. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  5. Solid financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
