Our client “OTG Onthego Limited'' is seeking a Services Technician to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Resolve customers RMA and DOA issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide post-sales customer service support, including product inspection, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience on assembling, disassembling, soldering and other repair skills.
• Handle customer inquires and provide technical assistance.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials for clients.
• Maintain accurate records in internal and external system.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years or above of relevant working experience in CE product repair/maintenance is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Passion for new technologies, robotics, electronics, audio products
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong team player with positive attitude.
