The Role:

• Assist the Supervisor on project management and provide technical support to projects by providing support in project planning, implementation, administration and management functions to meet the project targets in terms of cost, time and quality 
• Draft technical specifications on plant equipment, procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance methodologies, as well as procedures throughout the project period
• Supervise and ensure equipment installations meet all design specifications, relevant local legislative and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors on engineering works during construction and plant commissioning phases
• Provide technical support across different projects, sections or departments when required
• Coordinate and implement plant enhancement and safety related projects
• Carry out other duties delegated by the superior(s), including Senior Engineers

The Person:
 

• Degree holder in Mechanical, Gas, Chemical Engineering or equivalent 
• Member of HKIE, IGEM, IChem E or equivalent is preferred
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in marine engineering, gas, power or chemical plant
• At least  3 years' experience in managing staff/workers
• Able to travel and work outside of Hong Kong, including China upon request
• Team player and highly motivated with good coordination skill
• With Driving License (1,2) is preferable
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
