To cope with our expanding team, we are seeking high-caliber individuals who are eager to contribute to our success. As the Brand Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy to elevate our presence in the market.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute Brand strategies that align with business objectives
- Responsible for the improvement of brand positioning, enhancement on brand awareness and brand equity
- Oversee stock forecasts and inventory management, develop and monitor A&P budget
- Identify new business opportunities to expand local portfolio to unlock market unmet segments
- Build and drive brand sales, profit and market share objectives
- Accountable for Brand/products launches, year-round promotion campaigns in conception and execution
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of strategies employed
- Build and grow relationships with the brand Principals, trade partners and internal parties
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Business Studies or related disciplines with Minimum 6 years experience in FMCG sector is preferred
- Able to demonstrate awareness of trade and consumer insights, good level of confidence and able to support his/her decisions rationally
- High attention to details, good in project management and able to manage multi-tasks
- Well organized, proactive, self- motivated, a creative team player and skillful in interpersonal communication
- Possess good time management with analytical mind and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese, proficient in PC
