Client Details 

Our client is a sizable Real Estate Fund with diversified assets across mainly Asia. They are now looking for an experienced Asset Manager to take care their industrial and commercial portfolio in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for assigned portfolio
• Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
• Work closely with the property management team for daily operation of the assigsned portfolio 
• Carry out asset management, capital expenditure programmes and asset performance improvements
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in property management/ acting landlord represntative/ tenanct management/ leasing
• Strong market sense with analytical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
