Responsibilities:

• Reconcile the stock and cash positions between in-house and custodian records

• Reconcile NAV provided by fund administrator against in-house record regularly
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure NAV data is correctly and timely uploaded in internal systems
• Work across with different internal teams and external service providers to resolve the cash and security breaks
• Perform daily fee accruals and transaction posting in internal systems
• Provide assistance to automate workflow
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly client reports (e.g. factsheets, performance data, Income Statement, PnL report, cash flow statements)
• Prepare other routine and ad hoc regulatory reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Finance or related professional qualification
• Internship experience in financial institution is an advantage
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with proficient verbal and written presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with advance Excel Skills, PowerPoint, familiar with Excel VBA & Marco is preferred
