Job Specifications
As the direct sales representative of www.alibaba.com international E-commerce platform
- Develop new business opportunities; provide customers a complete set of export E-commerce solutions;
- Utilize multiple channels to call (cold call or warm call) and visit Hong Kong local exporters to subscribe platform services of www.alibaba.com (membership, pay per click ads, logistics and other services);
- Analyze clients' needs, summarize market & industry trends, and use export trade & E-commerce knowledge to grow clients' online B2B export business;
- Maintain good customer relationship with excellent account servicing capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Prefer sales experience in the past but not a must. We will provide related training.
- Existing merchant clients network in SME exporter would be an advantage
- Experience in promoting international trade show and E-commerce platforms would be an advantage
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to drive the sales process from leads collect to close with proven sales track record
- Creativity and ability to solve tough problems
- In-depth knowledge of the export of B2B industry and its current events
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Outgoing personality, aggressive and mature
