Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests in professional manner
• Assist guests in checking in / out and handling incoming phone calls and enquires
• Maintain smooth & efficient running of operations
• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints
• Ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively

 Requirements:

• Energetic, customer & team oriented, detail-oriented and problem solving in an effective & efficient ways
• Form 5 or above, experience in hotels, serviced apartment, clubhouses, luxury residential industries is an advantage
• Fresh graduates from HK or overseas are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent spoken English; knowledge of other languages preferred
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel
