Job Description：

• daily support to the infrastructure maintained in customer’s data centre；
• perform trouble-shooting to incident related to system or hardware；
• study user requirements and provide resolution on user request / change request;
• close communication with customer on incident follow-up

Job Requirement ：

• at least 8 aggregate years of IT experience；
• at least 3 aggregate years of IT experience in the maintenance of Huawei network infrastructure, H3C network infrastructure, network virtualization, firewall and load balancer
• at least 3 aggregate years of IT experience in the maintenance of Linux operating system, Windows Server operating system, container platform (K8S) and Virtualization environment
• Experience in System Maintenance and Support;
• Experience in HK Govt IT project is preferred
