Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for software project planning, execution, control and closure.
2. Manage the scope of the project, determine the project objectives and deliverables, and ensure that team members understand and comply with these areas.
3. Act as the mainly external contact window for the project and assist the BD manager to conduct project requirement interviews..
4. Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external clients. Regularly report on project progress and ensure that all relevant parties are aware of project status.
5. Coordinate internal and external resources, including assigning project team members to work on issues, collecting problems and tracking improvements to ensure the project progresses on time.
6. Manage project documentation, including requirements documents, training materials, and meeting records, ensuring that all project information is recorded completely and accurately.
7. Responsible for testing and validating deliverables to ensure their stability and quality.
8. Manage project costs and risks.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years in a software company.
2. Excellent cross-team communication and integration skills.
3. Ability to negotiate with clients.
4. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
5. Familiarity with writing specifications.
6. Excellent presentation skills.
7. Excellent language skills (Chinese, English, Cantonese).
8. Previous experience in Saas platform or software project management is a plus.
9. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
