Our client “Ray White (Hong Kong) Limited" is seeking a Sales Administrator (Fresh Graduate Welcome) to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing?   

• Providing assistance to the sales team by getting sales materials ready. Your communication parties will include all external and internal parties.
• Coordinating sales-related activities, such as scheduling sales meetings, arranging customer appointments, and organizing sales events or conferences.
• Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and managing correspondence.

Who are they looking for? 

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to speak Cantonese and English, Mandarin a plus
• Most importantly we are looking for someone who is friendly and has a great personality to fit in with our fun team!
