Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling accounts receivables daily operations, including billing and collection
• Manage billing profiles and process, verify billing data and invoices monthly to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Liaise with business team and other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Handle billing enquiries and follow up on outstanding invoices 
• Support supervisor to maintain billing records and reporting
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in accounting, preferably with 1 year hands-on billing experience
• Good knowledge in MS Office 
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently, well organized and mature
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Accountant
