Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of all production and operational aspects of clients’ events from account servicing, managing project budget and timeline to implementing technical, logistics elements and on-site executions
- Executing events smoothly in achieving project target, to meet clients’ expectations and the company’s profit margin
- Setting, communicating and maintaining priorities and deadlines on every project
- Maintaining and developing client and vendor relationships
- Develop proposals, contracts and quotations with clients; and negotiate contracts and invoices with vendors.
- Develop work plans and production schedules
- Develop event concept development, design, floorplans and renderings
- Managing and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, partners and all events logistics
- Travelling to onsite inspections, manage venue built-out, overseeing setup overnight, dismantling and removal of the production and clear the venue efficiently
- Handling client queries and troubleshooting on event day to ensure the event is executed successfully
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Event or Marketing related field (Candidates with 2 years or less experience will be considered for the Position of Executive)
- Enthusiastic in executing a wide variety of events and promotions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills to obtain the best price from venues, suppliers and contractors
- Is self-motivated and a problem-solver
- Time management skills and ability to work in a high-paced, high-pressure environment
- Has a flexible, target-driven, proactive approach and attitude
- Willingness to work additional hours and work on weekends as needed
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
