Responsibilities

• Deliver project implementation service to the customer
• Develop a project plan, organize activities and manage resources to accomplish project goals in terms of scope, timelines, budget and service quality
• Participate in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases of the project implementation
• Manage project progress and achieve key milestones
• Provide regular status update & report
• Facilitate technical teams on requirement gathering, design, development, test and deployment during the project lifecycle and tender phase
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders including internal parties, customers, vendor and subcontractor to ensure smooth project implementation
• Coach and manage a team of Project Executives, Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• 5-8 years working experience in ICT project management. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• A good team member and team leader with good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and presentation skill
• Self-motivated
• Having PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English as well as Putonghua
• Have experience managing sizable projects
• Strong knowledge and tools  of project management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage the expectations of stakeholders
