Our client “Cheung Chau Warwick Hotel" is seeking an Accounting Clerk to  join their company!  

What you’ll be doing?   

• Data entry and document filing
• Perform final checking of daily revenue & wages report
• Prepare general reports and analysis
• Assist to issue cheque and prepare vouchers
• Assist to calculate part-time worker's payroll
• Processes cash reimbursement and reconciliation on petty cash
• Monitor the treasury and cash handling function
• Handle the billing process including distribution of statements and chasing of outstanding amount
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Who are they looking for? 

• HKDSE or above
• Minimum 3-year relevant work experience, preferably in hotel field
• Preferably familiar with hospitality software
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline, good interpersonal skill, detail-oriented and independent
