We are recruiting a detail minded and attentive individual who is keen to work as part of a growing team in a Fine Art Warehouse based in Hong Kong. As well attending to your daily duties in the warehouse, you will be required load and un-load trucks, packing / un-packing of artwork, provide excellent service to our clients in our state-of-the-art Viewing Rooms. In addition, you will need to work effectively alongside our Registrar Team to securely receive, release, and process high value items from our facility. Full training is provided and you will have an opportunity to gain insight into an exciting industry in Hong Kong and on an international level. We are looking forward to working with you!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely pack, unpack, and transport artworks using appropriate materials and methods.
• 適當地包裝、拆裝及運送藝術品。
• Assemble and fabricate custom carton boxes made in a specialised manner suitable for artwork.
• 為藝術品訂製合適的紙箱或木箱。
• Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients
• 與客戶保持良好關係，提供卓越的客戶服務
• Installation of artwork in a professional and safe manner according to the company’s standard in various locations such as galleries, museums, institutions, private houses, corporate buildings, and auction houses.
• 根據公司標準，以專業及安全的方式在畫廊、博物館、機構、私人住宅、企業大樓和拍賣行等場所安裝藝術品。
• Conduct visual checks of artwork and maintain accurate documentation for each artwork handled.
• 對藝術品進行目視檢查，並為所處理的每件藝術品保留準確的文件。
• Operate moving and lifting equipment, such as dollies, pallet jacks, stackers, J-bars.
• 須操作摌車、托板車、堆高機、J 型桿等等工具。
• Ensure artwork is loaded and unloaded from trucks in a safe and controlled manner.
• 確保藝術品以安全、受控的方式從卡車上裝卸。
• Assist in custom clearance and cargo loading supervision when required.
• 需要時協助清關及貨物裝載監督。
• Manage inventory of artworks, by working closely with registrar and warehouse teams.
• 與倉庫團隊密切合作，管理藝術品庫存。
• Preparation and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment required for daily tasks
• 準備和維護日常工作所需的材料、工具和設備 
• Outdoor Work

• Ad-hoc duties when required
