Operations Manager (35K p/m)   
 

Overview:    
  
We are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join us.  The role will involve organising and coordinating all our administration duties and office procedures, HR processes, assistance with billing and other finance tasks in conjunction with our accountants, creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, and ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. 

Ultimately, the Operations Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

What will you do?   
   

• Handle all administrative and secretarial work in the office
• Liaise with outsourced bookkeeping Company for monthly accounts and Auditing Company for preparing annual financial reports and management accounts
• Ensure the company’s legal obligations under the corporate structure are fulfilled 
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, and offboarding for leavers
• Prepare annual taxation documents for the company and employees

What will you need?   
   

• Batchelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English 
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and email scheduling tools 
• Proven track record of experience as an Operations Manager for a minimum of 2 years
