Our client is a  Leading Main Contractor who is equipped with a high number of significant projects in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific and they just got some iconic new building projects awarded, the projects will be started soon in 2024.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you who is looking to develop your career on the corporate management side, gaining experience of projects across a range of asset classes including residential, retail, offices and leisure. 

To be successfully considered in this role you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies/ Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in Project Management in RC Structure/ Building Engineering field in main contractor
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as APM
• Professional qualification like MHKIE or MCIOB is preferred but not essential
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
