Job description

1. Customer demand docking: maintain close contact with customers, understand and introduce customer needs, and ensure that product development meets market demand.
2. Marketing support: Participate in product promotion planning, provide technical training and sales support, and assist the marketing team in product promotion.
3. Project coordination: Cooperate with project research assistants and engineers to ensure seamless connection between customer needs and technical implementation.
4. Feedback management: Collect customer feedback and assist engineers in product improvement and optimization.
5. Market dynamics tracking: Track market dynamics and technology trends to provide reference for product improvement and development.
6. Document management: Maintain customer demand documents, market reports and related sales materials.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics, computer, communications and other related majors. The requirements may be relaxed appropriately for those with excellent abilities.
2. Have more than 3 years of customer management or marketing experience, technical background is preferred.
3. Understand edge AI, wireless communication and other technologies, have certain software and hardware knowledge, and be able to accurately express product advantages.
4. Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, and good teamwork spirit.
5. Have clear logical thinking and be able to propose practical solutions.

任职要求 

1、本科及以上，电子、计算机、通信等相关专业，能力优者可适当放宽要求。

2、具备3年以上客户管理或市场推广经验，有技术背景优先。

3、了解边缘AI、无线通信等技术，具备一定的软件及硬件知识，能够精准的表达产品优势。

4、出色的沟通能力和客户服务意识，良好的团队合作精神。

5、逻辑思维清晰，能够提出切实可行的解决方案。
