Job description:

1. Design of the complete robot machine, design of the actuator and the overall structure of the robot, motion simulation, drawing of three-dimensional drawings of the complete robot, parts processing drawings, drawing of internal mechanical drawings of the steel bar binding structure, and optimization of the design;
2. Selection of original moving parts and structural parts such as motors based on structure and motion parameters;
3. Familiar with commonly used CNC processing and other metal processing processes, and can quickly learn new processes, materials, and technologies. Make allowances for work errors and quality control of processed parts;
4. Carry out mechanical calculation, optimization and simulation on key components;
5. Assemble the robot and its modules, and cooperate with electrical engineers to install and debug electrical components;

Job requirements:

1. Already have a Hong Kong work visa or can apply for a Hong Kong work visa before joining the job
2. Mechanical design, manufacturing, automation and other related majors, bachelor degree or above;
3. Be proficient in using drawing software such as SolidWorks, have certain structural innovation capabilities, possess certain knowledge of electronics, electrical and sensors, and be familiar with simulation software such as ANSYS, ADAMS, etc.;
4. Proficient in mechanical processing technology;
5. Have a strong interest in robots, dare to challenge more difficult projects, have a strong sense of responsibility and communication and cooperation skills, good learning ability and hands-on ability, and have a sense of self-driving and innovation;

岗位描述:

1. 机器人整机方案设计，执行机构及机器人整体结构设计、运动仿真、绘制机器人整机三维图、零件加工图，绘制钢筋绑扎结构内部机械图，优化设计; 
2. 基于结构和运动参数进行电机等原动件、结构件选型; 
3. 熟悉常用 CNC 加工等金属加工工艺，同时具备快速学习新工艺、新材料、新技术的能力。做好加工件预留工差，品质控制;
4. 对关键部件进行力学计算、优化、仿真;
5. 机器人及其模块装配，并配合电气工程师进行电气元件的安装和调试;

任职要求:

1. 已有香港工作签证或入职前能申请到香港工作签证
2. 机械设计制造、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历;
3. 熟练使用 SolidWorks等制图软件，有一定的结构创新能力，具备一定的电子电气和传感器知识，熟悉ANSYS、ADAMS等仿真软件; 
4. 精通机械加工工艺;
5. 对机器人有强烈的兴趣，敢于挑战较高难度项目，较强的责任感和沟通合作能力，良好的学习能力和动手能力，有自驱意识和创新意识;

加分项: 

1. 曾参加过 Robocon/RoboMaster等机器人大赛者优先; 
2. 负责或参与过产品研发全流程者优先，有机器人行业从业经验者优先;
