Job Description

We are looking for a high caliber individual to join our Customer Experience Department in the Customer Success & Experience (CSE) Business Group. Reporting to Customer Relations Manager, the candidate is required to carry out major duties as follows: 

 

Major Duties: 

 

  • Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of Customer Service Centres for daily business operations 
  • Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible 
  • Support the team admin work on request but not limited to travel arrangements, onboarding/offboarding logistics, etc 
  • Work closely with internal and external counterparts for supporting annual budget preparation, internal control and payment arrangement and oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and safety procedures 
  • Assist in coordinating both internal and external training, customer engagement workshops, promotion activities etc 
  • Provide support for marketing campaign and other promotion activities 
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisors and other ad hoc duties assigned 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • A recognized university degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing & Management, or related disciplines, with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in customer service, marketing and sales / Secondary school graduates with 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/ HKDSE including English (Syllabus B).  
  • Working experience in marketing service support or sales promotion will be an advantage. 
  • A good team player with agile and can-do attitude  
  • Organised with multi-tasks capacity, able to work independently under tight schedule and willing to meet new challenges 
  • Excellent communications skills in handling customers enquiry or complaint in both written/spoken English and Chinese 
  • Hands on MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing experience
