Job Description

The Job

  • Provide support in sustaining good relationships with relevant parties / organisations through offering sponsorships, preparing congratulatory messages, as well as making other arrangements for their events.
  • Explore speaking opportunities of senior management for enhancing understanding and communication with professional groups / organisations, as well as preparing speeches / presentation materials and logistic arrangements.
  • Support the preparation of corporate publications, including Sustainability Report, and liaise with relevant internal and external parties for data collection.
  • Ensure all issues of Pulsar to be published on time and within budget, including preparation of quality write-ups and effective and efficient coordination with internal and external parties for the design and production of Pulsar.
  • Explore interesting topics, and design and produce themed videos for use on offline / online platforms in order to enhance communication of HKHS and its staff members.

The Person

  • University graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines will be an advantage.
  • At least 4 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Good networking with related professional institutes, NGOs and schools.
  • Proven track record of planning, developing and implementing corporate events and activities.
  • Experience in design and production of publications, videos, etc. 
  • Experience in handling Sustainability Report will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing and presentable.
  • Creative, positive thinking and good at problem solving.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Irregular work hours and overtime required.
