Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties including procurement, office equipment maintenance and office supplies management and record
- Handle reception work such as greet and serve guests with professional manner, handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier, as well as catering ordering etc.
- Support supervisor in carrying administration and HR duties as required
- Manage meeting rooms and bookings
- Assist in organizing the in-house staff activities such as the company and staff activities
- Outdoor work required, assist in documents delivery and collection
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and other related duties as assigned
- Support administrative work
- Prepare and consolidate statistical report and feedback surveys
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to learn
- Experienced candidates will also be considered Admin Officer.
