Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties including procurement, office equipment maintenance and office supplies management and record
  • Handle reception work such as greet and serve guests with professional manner, handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier, as well as catering ordering etc.
  • Support supervisor in carrying administration and HR duties as required
  • Manage meeting rooms and bookings
  • Assist in organizing the in-house staff activities such as the company and staff activities
  • Outdoor work required, assist in documents delivery and collection
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and other related duties as assigned
  • Support administrative work
  • Prepare and consolidate statistical report and feedback surveys

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to learn
  • Experienced candidates will also be considered Admin Officer.
