Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support services and resolve production issues with proper recommendations
• Review process flows and prepare effective production and control plans in refund processing to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and audit requirements
• Define user requirement, prepare testing cases and support system enhancement implementation
• Handle internal and external customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Lead the team and ensure adequate resources being allocated to different sub-teams for completing the customer request on time and meeting the KPI
• Compile weekly and monthly MIS reports to manager for review
• Review daily control reports to ensure that all exception cases are handled promptly 

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 5 subjects passed in HKCEE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics 
• Minimum 5 years working experience in operation and transaction processing, of which at least 2 years in supervisory level 
• Effective influencing, planning and organising skills are essential 
• Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
• Strong leadership skill to lead the team to achieve KPI 
• Good customer service awareness and strong interpersonal skills
• Possess logical and good analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel
• Fast and accurate typing skill in both English and Chinese (35 wpm)
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Operation Supervisor
