Responsibilities

• Assist in the project delivery of HR systems, e.g., coordination between business users and technical teams
• Work closely with IT, vendor and business users to drive user testing exercise, including preparing and conducting UAT
• Responsible for project documentation, including user manual and training materials preparation
• Handle inquiries and provide information on HR systems
• Provide clerical support to management and assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably with digital project implementation experience
• Positive and proactive attitude with willingness to embrace new technology
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
