Job Description
The applicant must possess:
A recognized degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and application architecture design is preferred.
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Azure, AWS, and AliCloud.
Certifications on Azure or AWS will be advantageous.
Certifications in Microsoft SQL database will be advantageous.
Prior experience in low code technologies such as OutSystems, Microsoft PowerApps, and RPA will be advantageous.
Prior experience in MuleSoft API Gateway and system integration will be advantageous.
Proactive, self-confident, open-minded, a team player with a “can do” attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

To lead the development of complex software systems;
To develop and maintain technical documentation;
To provide guidance and recommendations on the best practices for software engineering;
To identify system enhancements, technology refreshments, and application modernization opportunities;
To conduct code review and architecture review for IT projects;
To work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that developed applications meet the needs of user requirements;
To stay up-to-date with the latest and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve overall system performance; and
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the executive director from time to time.
The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
