Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely purchasing of stationery, pantry items or any other item needed and monitor service contract and licenses of various
- Coordinate office & warehouse routine maintenance and repair work (i.e. air-conditioning, pest control, office cleaning) and travel arrangements (i.e. air, hotel accommodations and transportation)
- Responsbile for procurement activities of office & warehouse supplies (i.e. sourcing, price negotiation, getting quotation, suppliers evaluation & selection, delivery management and inventory control)
- Process purchase order requests and sales order for all departments and workflow approval
- Handle incoming calls and courier
- Support in organizing employee relations programs and other company events
- Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in logistics industry
- Proficient knowledge in PC application including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate available preferred
