工作範圍：

• 負責巡查、維修及保養 ( 含清洗 ) 大廈及店舖的中央冷氣/分體冷氣機/各類風扇工程
• 協助及處理場地簡單的設施維修工作（水、電、門、地板、墻身、潔具、捲閘等）
• 處理及協助維修後續改善工作
• 協助日常維修及場地工程設施等數據的收集
• 巡查檢驗一切順豐設備
• 處理雜項（活動設置/搬運/外出採購/收貨等）

職位要求：

• 知悉各類冷氣系統及組件 ( 如水泵、系統基本操作及維修保養 )者優先考慮
• 具備機電工程相關經驗或冷氣保養維修相關工作經驗者優先考慮
• 必須持有有效平安卡
• 主動、有責任感及能獨立工作
• 持有有效貨Van駕駛執照者優先考慮
